These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Global Mathletics Competition, concerning your access to and use of our website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. By accessing our STEM workshops, student contests, learning resources, and individualized coaching services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights and Service Usage

Unless otherwise indicated, the site and services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the 'Content') and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Global Mathletics Competition. Our educational resources, contest materials, and workshop curricula are provided for your information and personal, non-commercial use only. • You are prohibited from using our contest materials, teacher workshop resources, or coaching modules to develop a competing educational service or platform.
• You may not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the service, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any curriculum Content or enforce limitations on the use of the services.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The services provided by Global Mathletics Competition are provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis. You agree that your use of our educational resources, participation in contests, and engagement in coaching will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services and your use thereof. These Terms and Conditions and your use of the services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Mathletics Competition is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the courts of said jurisdiction, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
